Got in Friday morning seemed good but no action from us or other boats cruising around. The birds off the island just flew back and forth. No bites at all. Wind calmed down about noon. Anyone get anything in afternoon. Where are they. Saw a bunch on fish finder but no takers. Any help??

Ive been killing them the last two weeks. Marked a ton of fish today from 6am till 2 but couldnt get them to bite ANYTHING. I dont know what had the bite turned off today. Im going to try again in the morning.

We caught 6 legal Stripers yesterday evening at sunset with chartreuse slabs on the bottom in the Towash area on structure. Huge school on the bottom in 20FOW next to a drop off. Action only lasted 5-10 min. We were on our way in from swimming etc and decided to check out the structure in the area. Thats all the fishing we did all evening.
