We just started the Summer Wednesdays We fish 6 to 9 pm every Wednesday now. We fished the Saturday/Sunday thing during the time change when it got dark early. Since the days are long again and all the boat traffic that is not fishing on the weekend we have moved back to Wednesday. I guess the guys are ready as we had 15 boats last night. The last weekend tournament we had we had 2. If you have never fished it and live close it is a lot of fun. Just some good old country boys have a little mid-week fun.... Lake off limits the day of the tournament so not fishing Wednesday before 6 pm. $25 per boat includes $5 big bass, 100% pay back. 2 fishermen per boat max. If you are a regular to this tournament when you win you get the prize and the scales. The next week you are the TD... Come on out and join the fun...

Had 15 boats fished last night. Robbie Z was the winner with 20.08 lbs. He had an 8 lb kicker. Don't remember 2 nd place but think is was around 13 lbs and 3rd was 11 something. Good time had by all. Next week tournament will go out of Harbor Master due to core limiting the number of boats allowed to launch out of the boat ramp. 17 boats is all that is allowed out of the ramp. They need to allow a little more leigh way with the day use being down for repairs to the dam. Gate attendant gave everyone going in the 3rd degree before being allowed in the park. We will make her job a little easier next week....

There is a donation box at Harbor Master. If you have never launched there it is kind of rough...... We will be fishing the Wednesday tournament out of Harbor Master on 6/13/2018. Tournament time is leave the boat ramp at 6 pm back by 9. Lake off limits Tuesday midnight. 2 max fishermen per boat $25.00 includes $5.00 big bass pot. We are taking donations toward the price of the new scales that have been purchased. We are still a little short of having the price covered on the scales. Thanks Dean for fronting the $$$$$$$ to get these scales here and in use. Thanks to all of the ones who have chipped in for these new scales, they are nice.... We will be discussing increasing the tournament entry to $30 with $5 going to the scale fund until the scales have been completely paid for and then going back to the original $25 once the scales are 100% paid. It' hot be safe out there on the water. If you are coming to fish be there a little early to get signed up so we can leave at 6... see ya there

Little late but the working man's will start at 6 as usual. Loafers boat ramp will be used this week. I will not be there tonight as the graphs are down on the boat and I have no partner. Not fishing alone and blind. Yall have a good time, c ya when I get the graphs working.

Wow what a night they had last night. 30.76 pounds with a 10.36 kicker and 2nd place was 26 pounds. Way to go guys finding the hiding places those big bass use to avoid us. May the chop on the water be just enough for a good bite and low light brings the big girls out.

Was tied up yesterday and missed posting the Whitney Working Man's... Numbers of boats were down but pounds of fish was still good. One team had 33 pounds with a 9 pound kicker. Big stringer for a 3 1/2 tournament. Good catching guys...

There will be a working man's on Whitney tonight.. Looks like the boat count will be short so if you ever wanted to try this tournament this would be the night. Loafer's East kick of at 6 pm. back at the ramp will be determined at pay in. Usually the back at the ramp time is 9 or 930. Come join the fun and catch some fish.... $25 per boat 2 max fishermen $5 toward big bass.. Thanks for looking. Come fish if you have nothing going on. Tommy
