Saw this on my FB feed! Lee is definitely a great guide but I am thinking this could go for guide of the year..

Keeping the glasses on actually protects your eyes against getting poked by branches on your way down. Assuming you can strap them down tight enough. Learned from experience. Not sure about the hat.
