Looking at the rules on their website, it says only kayaks, canoes, and open hull jon boats allowed. I know gas motors arent allowed to be used, but can you launch a boat that has a gas motor even if you dont use it? I ask because Honey Hole filmed there a few years ago in a Z21 I think it was. Maybe they changed the rules since they filmed.
Thanks for any info.

They changed the rules a couple of years ago, they used to allow big boats trolling motor only. I used to go a lot, one of the few places in Texas you could catch a keeper smallie, largemouth and walleye in the same day on a regular basis. There are some giants in there for sure.

Changed rules to not allow any boats with bilge and or livewell system. New rules to prevent transfer of zebra mussels.

Nope, they did let us use a bass buster out there which technically does have a bilge.

I took my Nitro 640lx out there once but that was about 4-5 years ago and they charged more if you bring a boat on a trailer... But could only use the trolling motor. Sounds like they have ruled out gas motors all together. I guess the ramp was built for the employees and rescue boats if needed. How is the fishing out there these days?
