Has anyone received a ticket for a park, for not paying the boat ramp fee? I received one today,only because I forgot to place the payment stub on my windshield, how do they usually handle that situation? JW

 Call the number and ask if they will dismiss the ticket if you show them that you had a valid stub.

If you got it in Grapevine, it's pay at the clerks desk 1st thing Monday morning, or 3 days in jail.

I got one a few yrs ago at Lake Alan Henry, I called and talked to the Judge in Lubbock. He said to come and state your case in person . I live in Odessa . It was easier to pay the fine and he knew it.

Yes, I did get it at Grapevine...so I have to pay it , even if I still have the stub? I just don't want to take off work to go mess with that [censored], my bad though😠

call the municipal court, might be they let you off the hook if you have your stub. more likely you can set a court date, talk to the judge and he will dismiss it. Or if it is $50 or so call it a convenience tax and pay it so you do not have to appear at the courts.
But as stated before, do not ignore it.

You will end up.paying the fine or buying the yearly pass. Based on folks posting on here in the past I doubt you get out of it. They used to jam up people out there quite often. Had some older folks patrolling the parks writing tickets.

Called the courts today, explained my situation, they took my information on the citation and my stub number and said they were going to cancel it, they were actually real nice and understanding

Get the court counter clerks e-mail , take a picture of the stub, scan it to the clerk, worked for me,......
I never met a fish I didn't like,........
