Met my wife the week after I got out of the Army. Mid June, 1971. We got engaged on her birthday in 1973, and got married on Pearl Harbor day, 1974. So, 3.5 years of dating. In December it will be 44 years.

Too long in my opinion, it was 9 years from time we met till we got married, this year will be 10 years married
