Been where you are and Im glad you are able to post so soon. Itll be weird for a while, but make the changes and you can go for a long time. Diet & exercise are now your friend. Also, be prepared for everyone around you to ask how your feeling every doing anything.

Glad to hear your ok, thats serious stuff. Listen to the doctors, they have good procedures for these things. My dad has been getting his ticker worked on about every 4-5 years since 1993, and the things they can do keep improving. Again, good to hear you are doing ok.
