Hello all, Just wondering if anyone has ever had this problem. I’ve got 12v at the battery and around 5.5v at the end of the wired for the fish finder.

Ditto, or the wires are just so corroded

New set! Thats hiw it should be rigged. Direct to battery with inline fuse on positive close to battery end.
