Thief. Scoundrel liar and cheat.
Customer brought in a 150 merc he had �rebuilt�.
Two cylinders did not have piston rings.
He took all the gaskets out and replaced with orange pookie.
There are honest shops that charge an honest rate. He�s not one of them.
