Falcon swim jig rod for really light swimbaits (hollow bodies and small Keitechs)
Anything more than 1oz and you would want something beefier

I don't know that it's the best but I have a Cashions spinnerbait rod that I have been very happy with.

I have used a 703 model rod for these techniques - handles from 10-15# line - have thrown 1/4oz underspins and 3/0 weighted swimbait hooks - handles them great. Lots of manufacturers make a 703.
