Good to see him get a win. I rode with him in the TTBC on Conroe and Fork. He's pretty entertaining. Real nice guy. When they aren't far from the bank he is going to likely be in the mix. When I asked him if he couldn't find a harder way to make a living he said, " I had a harder job. I was a lineman. Not on those close to the ground poles either. The big tall ones. A couple of the guys I trained with aren't here any more."
You can't help but like the guy. He loves what he's doing and seems real respected by others on the tour.

I missed it on bass live, but he started flipping bushes ( he was dock fishing a lot and even coming in behind Reese on some rip rap points) and caught all his nice ones in like 15 mins. Lake was beat up like prom night puzy by then congrats on that. I think Skeet put it on cruise and thought he had it in the bag, knowing his bite was off by 9-10. but he stayed with it still.

Dude made adjustments like a surgeon. Fun to watch. Skeet did not adjust on Day 4 and it probably cost him.
Also, can't believe KY Lake is in such bad shape. The place has been a jewel. When Skeet Reese can't get a limit 2 days in a row, you know it's pretty bad.

Man did he hit a hot spot yesterday. He was almost in shock. Got four, 4-5 pound bites in about 15 minutes and landed three of them. Sometimes it's your day.
