Flow-rite. Pretty sure most makes of fishing boats use them. My little 3 way switch broke on my Ranger. It broke because it was getting hard to operate which was probably the cable. And the three way valve was leaking by a little into the livewell when in the closed(re-circulate) setting so I just simply replaced all three parts. Real inexpensive for all. Check with Legend dealer for correct length cables as they make many different lengths for different boat lengths/models. A little difficult to get to and make sure you attach one end of the new cable to the old one before pulling it out or you will have to fish the new one through. All makes are different and I was told Rangers were tough just by design. Took a little time but not rocket science at all. Might even find a YouTube video showing how. Ocassionally (I’ve been told) trash (tiny rock/stick) can get in the valve causing it not to operate properly. You could try shooting some pressurized water through the line but if you take it apart to check I would just replace it. Pick up parts at dealer or buy direct like I did: https://flow-rite.com/products/marine/valves

This happens when your live well pump has trash in it not allowing it to close or open all the way. The lakes I fish I have to clean my pump housings out about once a year. If not I'm ordering a new switch from Flo-Rite. Replaced mine twice before figured out the issue.
I can backlash toilet paper.

Have you changed this on the Legend? wasnt sure if it was possible to swap with the fuel tank in the boat?

My boat I have to pull batteries out and pull pump out of housing and clean out then reinstall it all. Probably 30 min for a 2 min fix.

I think according to legend you can get to it without removing the fuel tank - you just have to have rubber arms - if your's still has the pretty fiberglass cover over the lines running into the back of the livewells remove it and see what you can see. I've had one go bad and finally just took it to the dealer and pretty sure they removed the tank to get to it. Did replace one pump cartridge and that was hard enough since you could only see the top of the pump. Love my legend 211 but trying to work on pumps etc is a real pain with that fuel tank in the way - only complaint I've ever had with the boat.
Back then Fish and Ski Marine in Sanger was a dealer and they did it for me - they aren't legend dealers anymore but could probably do it if you can't get to it yourself or don't want to try to pull fuel tank.

Fixed it! Bad design by whoever installed it all The cable is on the bottom of the valve And rests on top of the transducer that was put on the hull So you can only move the cable one direction because the transducer stops it from rotating both ways Would like to relocate the transducer but it's epoxy'd on there for now just moved the valve over half in and zip tied to get the movement out of the cable Will come up with a more permanent fix later
