So I lost the little brass ring fitting thing that goes inside the hole that my starboard side boat plug goes into. I talked the owner of the manufacturer who makes my boat, and said it needs to be outfitted with a new ring/tube thing-a-ma-jig to go back into that hole, and he has the part and tools to install it. It takes some special tool to properly install it, and he said that most people don't have it, unless they make boats. Problem is, he's in Corpus Christi, and I'm in DFW.
Anyone know of any boat makers within an hour or two of Dallas that I can drive to in order to get this done? Otherwise I have to wrap my plug in plastic or other to keep it snug and prevent it from leaking water in my transom or falling out completely.
Any help is appreciated!

DOH! You can say that again... Looks like I'll be going on Amazon and doing it myself! LOL
