Same shoe I wear almost any day I am fishing. A cheap pair of imitation crocs. I wouldn't want a pair of rubber boots on incase I fell overboard.

Waterproof socks (insulated or non, depending upon temperature) and sandals.

Steel-toe Red Wings if fishing with heavy bullet weight or heavy jig, barefoot is using weightless.

Rubber slip-on's, over my sneakers, easy to tote, not another pair of shoes. Tractor supply has them, among others.

SealSkin waterproof socks...then it doesn't matter what shoes or boots I wear in the rain.

And if you don't like the feel of the neoprene socks you can get a pair of paper-thin Deep Sea lycra fin socks to put on under them.

I have these but I only wear them if it's gonna pour the entire day...otherwise I'm good with the same shoes I wear any other time. Muck Boots
