Nobody is "feeling attacked" by him. Just, it's kinda like my neighbor that bought a USED Caymen and brags about being a Porsche owner all the time. Even though it AINT Exactly a super car. Or even fast for that matter. My Toyota truck is faster than his damn "Porsche".
An 8 pound fish, while exceptional and somewhat hard to catch, just, IMO, is NOT worthy of the SAL moniker.
That's my feeling. Depending on which Cayman the guy has, 0-60 is anywhere from 3.6-5.3 seconds where a Tundra is rocking a 6.4 second 0-60... So no, your truck is not faster. His truck may not be stock.  I say we make them race.

That's my feeling. It may not be worthy of the name to you and me, but neither of run the program and it seems to be worth of the name according to the people that do run the program. And I get it, and wasn't at all talking about your responses Steez, but the SAL moniker in these video is just marketing, I doubt we get all that upset when Taco Bell comes out with a new commercial that over states the actual experience we get from their food. It just seems like some people hold the SAL name as something personal to them when the whole program is just marketing and participation trophies, unless you are aware of a 13+ SAL awarded fisherman that now makes money or has a job as a result of their SAL catch?????

Call an 8 plus something, call a 10 plus something and the 13 plus is a SAL. There you are, the right answer. How 'bout calling an 8 lb'er a TOAD, a 10 lb'er a GIANT and a 13 lb'er remains as it should, a SAL. Fixed it. Somebody call TP&W and tell'em the good news.

Chase, good job the the slaunch donkeys... but they are not true ShareLunkers. But you do know how to generate post counts and get the hits. Reminds me of when I used to play on here a lot.
