Are you even sure that cutting a fish in half and using it to add length to a fish is against the rules? It can't be that big of a deal if only 4 game wardens were waiting to arrest you.

The only time law enforcement cares about fishing tournament rules is if one of those rules also happens to be a state/federal law.

I didn't see him land a fish from the dock or gain access to the spot from the dock

I live on Grand and have done the same thing many times, along w countless others.. Some dock owners will come unhinged if you touch their dam dock..Most don't care. One dockowner told me I was trespassing if I touch his cables..

As far as Wheeler...dont care...whatever.

Not if its my dock and I saw him doing that!

Why, what's it hurting

Nothing really... but for one, its My dock, not his.... number 2.. every fisherman should know not to step foot on someone elses dock before you get permission... period! I live on Fork and had a situation where 2 guys in a boat decided to pull in my dock to get out of the rain, which I have no problem with at all but they took it too far when they used my boat lift then started walking around my dock... needless to say, they wont do that again

Completely agree. The shifting of the weight is not an infraction. He was not landing a bass or gaining access to a fishing spot that he didnt already have access to.
