 Places to bank fish in Austin

I will be working in North Austin for the next several weeks, and I'm looking for a place to fish for bass. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

McKinney Falls State Park, I pulled some bass out of there a couple of years back. I would fish both the upper and lower falls. Not to mention, this park is beautiful!! Also, give Walter Long Lake a try.

If you like bass, cats, crappie and gar. Lake travis is a good spot.

Check out Austinbassfishing.com theres plenty of places. Meadows lake and Old Settlers Pond in Round Rock, Ive caught a few in Sandy Creek Park on Lake Travis

or the two of the best bass lakes in TX Lake Austin Hogs, and the millions of Bass in Town Lake that can be caught from a yak or the shore.

Check this website for some good links and maps of the area. http://www.austinkayakfishing.com/Also, I hear this guy up N/E a ways has a purddy good website for fishin. He is up there in the B/CS area
