Which bass techniques require the most rod sensitivity and which require less?

Tex rig, jig, c rig, flipping all need to be pretty sensitive..moving baits, like cranks, spinners, etc, not so much.

IMO, drop shot and other light presentations, require the most.

Pretty much.
If you work it slow across the bottom you want sensitivity.
