.Due to a scheduling conflict at the marina and lodge, May 19 is off.. they have had a family reunion on the books for a year.

So let's try the 12th...
** There are three large cabins that sleep 6 available.
** Also the lodge is available,it has 4 private rooms and is fully furnished,
Sleeps 16+...price is $477 Total for 2 nights...that's a good deal if several wanted to split it up.

Mid May can be awesome for crappie fishing on murvaul....things will be settled down and hopefully the weather will be more moderate if not warm...may 19 will be just before school gets out, and the facilities there get hopping busy....

Switched venues to Caddo...Gonna have to ask for help fishing caddo though...never been there either and don�t mind searching with the new 360, but I have kiddos to impress with my catching abilities ( at least a mess for dinner)so I need to get on some quick, then I can take a breather and hunt around the lake some...check it out and groove on the scenery ( my girl loves to take photos and fish)

I'm good with May. Maybe I can get back on the water and find some fish by then.

I just got off the phone with Doug @ Lake Murvaul Resort......The 18-19 of May is all booked up

Nobody will be able to shift reservations!
They do have the large cabins available for the 12th.........

I have a cabin booked for the 11TH & 12TH, but am willing to switch it to the lodge if 3 other couples or partners want to split the costs. It has full amenities and is much nicer
Each room has 2 queens & bunk beds, plus there is additional sleeping in a walk thru room that has 2 beds

I'm pretty sure I've seen this pic prior to the date listed at the bottom, but I am not positive.

I�m gonna bust this bubble. That gator was killed last year or the year before in carters lake on caddo lake. Notice the Spanish moss hanging in the trees behind the gator.

Whoops I stand corrected I just did a google search and that�s not the same one that was killed in 2016 at caddo.... however there is Spanish mos hanging in the trees behind him and I�m not aware of any of that stuff growing around murvaul.
