Alright I can't be the only one with a big head/neck around here. Who makes the largest buff/neck gaiter?
Have some family members dealing with skin cancer and it's really got me wanting to cover up more.

I wouldn't say I have skin cancer, but I kinda do. Been treated for Squamous cell on a few spots. I started wearing the Columbia PFG series last year. I wear one like this in summer, UPF 50, along with a farmers hat has been a good combo. I had my doubts, but you actually feel cooler (body/not street cred) wearing it. I'm a fan. https://www.academy.com/webapp/wcs/store...AiABEgKA8fD_BwE

I've read the reviews on the XL buff neck gaiters and they are supposed to be pretty small still, I was hoping to find some that are actually larger.

Have you considered wearing a hoodie instead? These are made of the same summer weight as the dri rite type shirts. https://www.columbia.com/mens-pfg-terminal-tackle%C2%A0hoodie-FM6132.html?cgid=activity-fishing&dwvar_FM6132_variationColor=683#prefn1=ECsleeve_length&prefn2=genderGroup&prefv1=Long+Sleeve&prefv2=Men's&start=18 https://aftco.com/collections/performanc...otection-hoodieAs for gaiters, I have both buff and Simms. The Simms seem bigger and also have mouth vents to prevent fogging your sunglasses.

I wear big and tall shirts usually, unfortunately I'm huge and they look like skin tight belly shirts. I'd just wear sun block but I swear so much it doesn't last long haha. I can put the normal size neck gaiters on they just stretch enough I feel that they aren't going to actually work.

I like the Simms one. Little bigger than the buff brand and the big plus is it flares out around the neck.

If you will split the buff on the sides where it hits your shoulders it will fit better and slip down inside your shirt.

I went to Tailwaters in Dallas to buy the Simms buff and ended up with the Buff brand mask. It is tapered at he bottom so it fits flush to your shoulders and doesn't leave a back neck gap. I wear a baseball cap while fishing and pull the Buff mask up over the back of the baseball cap and over my ears. If it is early morning or late evening, I just pull it down so it covers my neck and nothing else. I forget I am wearing it.
I have also tried the cheaper SA Company buffs. You can get 5 Buffs for $25 shipped. They are made of a thinner cheaper fabric and are not tapered. If I am wearing a t-shirt (without a collar) I get a little sunburn on my neck between the buff and the t-shirt. Others have suggested cutting it a little on the sides so it will slide down further. I save the SA Company buffs for friends and family who I know will not be properly prepared.

Have you thought about buying a youth large t-shirt and just using that?
