Temp Alarm going off on Smart Craft Display

My temp alarm went off today i looked down at my display and it was reading 98 degrees. i had the water pump changed 2 months ago and it has a good stream and the water pressure gauge is showing good pressure. Very concerned. Looking for some info Thanks

What you are getting is a thermostat fault the motor is telling you that engine has not reached 106 degrees in 240 seconds and the reason for this is one of the thermostats has debri stuck in the thermostat not letting water heat up block...OPTI

This kind of Smartcraft tidbit is good to know. I've been reading the manual for it, and what that instrument can do is nothing short of amazing. I plan to program a "trolling speed (by RPM selection)" so that I get a consistent/ideal speed for sonar graphing without having to finesse the throttle. I view it as an instrument vs. a "gauge" because of it's abilities.
