 Help with bow setup on a Lowrance 9 touch , xi5 and hydrowave

My issue that I'm having is before installing the hydro wave I had a really good 2D sonar image on the Bell now after installing the HydroWave I have no image no 2D sonar image but also at the same time it's been sent to Winter since I have turn the graph on could there be any interference with the hydro wave or could the transducer be bad
And I am running a HDI transducer mounted on the trolling motor but I also have no structure scan down image

I run Hydrowave with Lowarnce Carbon & HDI transducer all on trolling motor. My sonar & downscan are working. I have my speaker on the front portion of trolling motor on bottom facing forward and the HDI in the middle toward skag area.
