I thought folks here were saying Amistad is fishing better than Falcon?  Congrats to those that weighed fish and found a way to put a limit together.

Ton of little fish in the lake and will be a good spawn this year. What's hurting the lake is how much it fell last summer than regained that lost water. Lots of grass died and the fish are just acting weird. Last spring was much better.

....we fished with 3 of the Lakes best guides the 5 days leading into the Bass Champs tournament
same kind of fish ,,,,, same kind of results.
the guides say that the lake will be back in good shape in the next 1 to 2 years with super quality size fish
there are a ton of small fish from dinks to 2 pounds and with a good spawn this year the future for Amistad looks real good.
Congratulations to the winners and the teams that could get their weights over 15 pounds
