I found a plastic trash can that fits my livewell and drilled small holes in it so water can enter and minnows can't get out. I use it as a liner for minnows, and crappie fishing. At the end of the day, I pull it out and take the fish to the cleaning station or dump the minnows, keeping my livewells clean.

I thought we were going to have to sell that car.... Lol, my dad bought a brand new 1970 Buick Skylark, same body style as a chevelle. Had it about two weeks and decided to run down to the river and try to catch some catfish off the bank. Me and my little brother in the back seat, I had to investigate the quart jar of shad guts in the floorboard. Yep, spilled some on the carpet. He kept that car for 20 years, his pride and joy, but every time it rained you could smell shad guts.

I left mullet in my livewell for 4 days and maggots had disintegrated them. It took me forever and a LOT of bleach to clean it out.

"FYI, when you take your kids fishing, be sure to get the minnows out of the live well. Been in there for a week..."
Ohhh, catfish bait!
On average, your heart beats 100,000 times a day. One day, one of those heartbeats will be your last. Then what?
The answer is found in Jesus Christ who said "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." John 10:10 ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
