Wanted to start by saying I love tackle warehouse. Great selection and shipping is quick/affordable.

but today...

I received an order and 3 of the crank bait packages were opened and hooks were different. I ordered 6 norman deep little n (3 one color and 3 another). One package was taped up and the others were just open. The hooks were different on 3 of the 6 with noticeably cheaper hooks.

I contacted TW hoping to get this fixed and don't want future orders to be messed up.

Has anyone dealt with their customer service? This may seem petty but spending $100 on tackle is a lot for me (I'm poor).

did they take care of you? did they fix it?was the customer service good?

wow, if that's the case and it happened in their facility, who has time during business hours to even do that? I have had nothing but positive experiences with them!

Do they do returns? And how nice were the hooks on these baits? First thing I thought is that a customer ordered them, changed the hooks, and sent them back with the cheaper hooks as a way to get better hooks more cheaply. Doesn't seem like anyone there would have the time to do that. Or maybe I'm just paranoid and thinking like a criminal...

I bought an inflatable life vest from them that came to my door without the CO2 cartridge. I called and they had me use the return label that comes in the box with the shipment and had a new one out to me before my first one delivered back. THey were very apologetic and followed up the whole time.

Geez my first thought were how could they find cheaper hooks than come on Norman's....

Tackle Warehouse is a mega MILLION DOLLAR operation; and they will take care of you>>>no questions asked. Fast, knowledgeable, courtesy customer service with a $5.00 dollar two day shipping rate...they stock a lot of hard to find items and if you watch their specials, you can save some $$$$$$.

I got a call from them yesterday cause they won�t ship to a P.O. box I gave them a address. I then asked if they price matched amazon, was a flat out no. I had him cancel my abrazx line order. I decided to check to amazon price after I had already made the order. To my surprise it was 60 dollars less at amazon. I could e let 20 go but no way 60. Kind of a shame tackle warehouse sell just as much kind as amazon

Price matching Amazon is like asking them to price match your neighbors garage sale.

I have ordered thousands and thousands of dollars worth of stuff....from plastics to Ultrex and Helix graphs.

I have never, ever, been unhappy with a single item.

I think some folks either expect their magical dollar to go too far or they are just gonna bitch regardless.

For the most part I like TW. However, I do take issue with the way they handle backorders. The last two times I have had items that I ordered not show up. Upon inspection of the shipping invoice they did not charge me for them. Evidently they sold out of the product but it was not listed on the website at time of order as out of stock. The last time it really pissed me off because I paid for overnight shipping, and the one thing I really needed was not on the order. They need to come up with a way to let the customer know that they sold out of something between the time of order and shipping. When I order something and it shows in stock at time of order I just assume its going to show up.
