We had a couple of Olympic swimmers that were a few years ahead of me; one NFL Player, Rock Cartwright was a couple of years behind me; I’m sure others have come out of there since, but I haven’t paid attention to that school in a while.

The only thing worse than a porta potty in the wintertime is a porta potty in the summertime.

Conroe High.
Hardly anyone beyond a couple of athletes that made it in the pros.
Number one would probably be Colin Edwards who won a Superbike world championship.
Forgot about Roy Harris who won the World Heavyweight boxing championship. He is the most famous Conroe alumni. I coached at Conroe in 96-97, how about my boy Rock Cartwright? He played in the NFL for 10 or 11 years.

Probably Y.A. Tittle, or me. . Tittle is from Marshall. Trivia. His two aunts still lived there in the 60s. In 1967 they parked their 1957 Chevy in front of our house when they went to First Baptist Church. That ten year old car only had 10,000 miles on it. True story.

I went to Lewisville. Pretty sure no one has ever gone on to greatness from there.
Except Walt Garrison. Walt was 1st, I am a close second
