No excuse for that. Dog ain't right. I have two complete male dogs. They wouldn't survive if they acted like that.

You need to increase the lead in this dog's diet.
Maybe wrap a few dozen aspirin in a hamburger patty.

The dog has decided it is the alpha in the area. Yep. And in the wrong hand a shock collar isn't going to help. Get rid of the dog or take it to somebody who can train it properly.

a pint of antifreeze should keep him from "overheating" just set it out in a nice bowl and he will take care of his self!

a pint of antifreeze should keep him from "overheating" just set it out in a nice bowl and he will take care of his self! An old fishing buddy of mine used the antifreeze trick on a neighbors cats after they tore up the lining of a brand new above ground pool he had bought for his kids. Long story short, he was sued and got a call from the producers of Judge Judy. He flew out to Hollywood on Judge Judy's dime and made his case on her show. He lost.
