Hey guys and girls I’m trying to put together a trip on the devils river for myself and 5 other guys. I’m a bit confused on which outfitter or shuttle service to go with as well if permits are needed. Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The TPWD has a lot of information on the permitting part and have some info on the shuttle services / outfitters.

Shane Davies on this board does guided/outfitted trips down there if you really want to do it right.

Look up shane davies on facebook and message him. He will be able to help answer any and all of that for you, he runs a river guide service and is very knowledgeable and friendly
