They update this i think every day or at least every other day on the Tarrant county regional water district website under daily reports on the water supply section...it has all the spillway releasing amounts as well as current flow in and out of the lakes via pipeline. I just Google mgd to cfs and type in the current mgd amount to convert it to cfs. Hope this helps somebody
