Used to live in Pilot Point and have fished the lake a zillion times. Be assured, Dannie is an excellent guide with a great reputation. NOTHING against him. But Jimmy Walling has fished the lake since it was impounded and knows every inch of it. He knows places that very very few know and is amazing at finding fish. He guides sand bass and crappie trips most of the time, but I've fished with him and have known him a lot of years, he will really teach you about the lake. We used to be married to the same woman. NO, not at the same time!! He's a really good dude!! Too good for her!! Sorry, had to say that!! Does he guide from your old boat?   Hands down best line I’ve read on this forum.

NO, not at the same time!! He's a really good dude!! Too good for her!! Sorry, had to say that!! Went out with Jim last year this time and after we limited out on sandies. He took us to a couple of spots for bass. We didn't catch anything but he caught a 4 lber on a ledge with a c-rig and another on a point with a jerk bait. He definitely knows his stuff. And his boat can take just about any conditions. Would definitely do it again.
