My unit is showing a blank white screen I can hear it powering up but get no picture. Any suggestions what it could be? Thanks

How is it powered( To battery or fuse block)?. What size wire? What kinda condition is the battery? Onix units are very power sensitive.

It's powered by battery that's in good condition. Not sure the size of the wire.

I would suggest to double check all power connections and try another battery just to be sure. Remove map cards if any and try to power up. Then may need to contact customer service if it still doesn't change. Just want to make sure its not a power issue in case you have to send it in and they send it back saying no problem found. Shipping can get pricey along with service fee if you choose that rout and in the end to find out its a power issue
