Hey Bush hog when you are twice someone's age.....it seems twice as cold. Jacob is just a youngster. It could be wisdom to stay close to the fire.

Yes, in the middle of a ditch that was about 4-5 ft wide. I'd let the jig hit the bottom and SLOWLY reel in the slack. They were hitting it when the jig was maybe 4-5" off bottom.
