Almost looks like the concrete stops on a low water crossing/bridge. Quite odd, is this near a creek channel?

It's way up the river on McQueeney Well that will rule out 90% of us knowing since the lakes mostly private. But since its a river system, Id guess it was some type of old dam or bridge, before the lake was built. Just a guess though since Ive never fished that lake. Concrete and rocks usually give a bright white return like that one is showing.
