She's gonna be called "Lower Bois dArc Creek Reservoir". Construction scheduled for early 2018 with completion by 2022 Lake surface area: 16,641 acres (slightly smaller than Cooper Lake/Jim Chapman) $1.2 BILLION to construct it.  I wonder what the initial stocking of fingerlings will be and if any lake homes will be built/allowed?? https://www.ntmwd.com/projects/lower-bois-darc-creek-reservoir/

Did the Lake Columbia stall out? It was supposed to be a mini Toledo Bend in between Tyler and Jacksonville.
