 Oil bath bearing maintenance

My trailer has them. This is my first. Should I drain and fill yearly or just check the level? How much oil does each axle normally take?

Is it a Vault system?
Ours says no maintenance for 10 years and I believe they are warrantied for 10 years, I'm not jacking with them till 10 years.

Is it a Vault system?
Ours says no maintenance for 10 years and I believe they are warrantied for 10 years, I'm not jacking with them till 10 years. not sure. It is a Champion/ Phoenix trailer and owner said he had no manuals which really sucks. I keep manuals for everything I buy.

Ours is an aluminum I beam trailer and there is a sticker on it with the info about the bearings somewhere close to the axles, may check for one of them?

I think mine is up front by the data plate. I will have to check next time I pull boat out. Then it will be another online search for a manual
