 Trying to locate Whitney marina

A buddy says that he has a piece of property near a place where a marina used to be !!!!!
I am pretty sure that it is upstream from the Juniper Cove part of the lake.
Any ideas? It's near some Corps of Engineers land.
I'm glad there are wine drinkers in this world ..... it saves more beer for the rest of us.
