Yes I put just a couple wet hickory chunks around the edges. The lump is already a mixture of oak and hickory so no need to add a bunch.

Jay I got a rib rack to prop them up like that. Did you get the chicken leg holder as well? That thing is awesome for Q'ing legs.

Once I hit 250 is thats my target i choke her to ride there. Very consistent and then toss in a few damp pieces of wood.
