Check Backcountry dot com or Sierra Trading Post. They usually have closeouts of most major brands. I have Natives right now because they were available heavily discounted the last time I was shopping. I also like the fact that a lot to the Natives come with two sets of lenses, regular and low light.

I just bought Costa Zane's they are a little bigger then the Brines. I've heard 580G green is the best for freshwater fishing.

Can't go wrong with Costas, just make sure you get the 580G lenses.

I have a couple pair of the Costa's but I am a little partial to Revo myself. Pricepoint is a little cheaper than Costa but my eyes love them!!

I still like Oakleys. Specifically the PRIZM polarized lenses.

I think the best optics are Maui Jim's but I have lost or broke most of mine throughout the years. Have two pair of 580Gs now -- they work fine. I think there is a huge difference in quality optics vs generic polarized. For pistol shooting I use polycarbonate but I have been using glass for fishing for awhile (still has some risk).

I may buy a pair of green mirrored 580Ps to bonefish in Andros this June but I seldom have a need for blue or green lenses. Gray, Copper, Bronze, Rose, and Yellow usually gets it done for the places I go.

If you do a lot of heavy cover flipping, poly's are a lot safer. Someone posted a pic of a flipping weight hitting either an Oakley or Costa glass lens a couple of years ago and it didn't shatter too bad. Some will though. If I'm flipping, I like my Oakley Prizms. Sight fishing, I'm old school Hobie Sightmasters.

I wear Revo sunglasses. I believe they are the Small Guide frame. IMO, they’re better than Coasta and not everybody and their brother has them. They give you a generous discount when you trade your old pair in for new glasses.
