I hope it warms up a bit down there Sugar is completely different than "other MX lakes" that are on the Pacific side. I mean, fish are fish, but this isn't a mountain lake built for irrigation.

Especially in the late afternoon. You don't have to get too fancy. A 1/2 oz. double willow with a chartreuse/white skirt worked for me. Also, take lots of 8" watermelon/red lizards. If it's sunny there will be a big girl sunning herself about 2' below a huisache bush waiting on a lizard. Boomer Sooner TFF Pledge Name-Pop Rocks
