Actaully I'd smoke those sirloin steaks. Coat them in salt and pepper, then 45 mins at 225 should do the trick.

Lol Omaha products used to be pretty good years ago, now not so much. I think their meat comes from south America now.......Argentina maybe. Cut them up as thin as you can and stir fry them with some vegies and your favorite Asian sauce & serve over rice, they probably will be a bit more edible that way.

Companies that offer prime or choice steaks will always tell you what grade of beef they are selling you. Omaha Beef does not state that their beef is USDA grade Choice or Prime - just that it's USDA inspected (all beef in the US is). I suspect they are using USDA select since they don't want to tell you what grade of beef they sell.

Whether you think you can or you can't, you are probably right.

meat tenderizer and let them age 4-5 days in the fridge. Take them out of package and lightly cover so they get some air. Cook rare to med rare. Omaha steaks suck.

Cover 'em in meat tenderizer, pound them with a tenderizing hammer, cook till medium-well, cut into small pieces, and put into the dog bowl. Then go out for a nice steak dinner. ^^^^^^^^^^^that's funny This just tore me up. I can just imagine someone doing this.
