Curious, when you guys buy performance micro tees, what are you looking for? By this I mean: price, feel, cool logo, color, breathability etc. Thanks, Brett

Long sleeves with a hood is primary importance with the Texas sun
Light colors reflect heat and light best.
From a kayak, high visibility is good, so bright yellow and orange are my preference
Brandhavent had any issues with the Russell Athletic $8-15 option at Wmart

Like Huk shirts??? They are my favorite. I like long sleeves.
I like the non highlighter bright colors. Regular blue green red(ehh), wpuld love to see maroon bit havnt found it, logo as small as possible. Hate the giant huk logo.
Wish price was closer to $20 than $40 bit that hasnt happened yet

I look for a shirt that is light weight, wicks sweat, not made of cotton, and cheap. I personally could careless about logos or name brands. IMO huk and Columbia feel the same as a Hanes cool dri performance shirt.

Price and breath ability first. There are a lot to choose from nowadays so price is a must. Color and logo aren't important to me. I thought a hood would be and bought one but found that I didn't like wearing the hood and would rather use a wide brimmed hat. I've bought the high dollar ones and they are good but not great compared to their price. I won't be buying another one for more than $20 any more.

These "fishing" shirts cost about 9 bucks, for a schmuck like me, from a wholesaler. I can't imagine how little the big companies pay direct from China or Pakistan ($2 maybe?) You can put your own logo (screen print, sublimate, heat transfer vinyl, etc) for about 2 bucks each at any screen print shop in town. Think about that when paying $30+ for a shirt with someone elses logo on it. What a scam. This one is $7 (retail $14) https://www.sanmar.com/p/6033_VntHeLimeSHI prefer the columbia ones, with a hood, on sale at the outlet mall for $20.
