Probably the most logical post on this subject looks like his last really good year was 2014...is Dez still drawing double coverage most of the time? If so his absence could definitely affect the other receivers.

That's what I was thinking. I ain't taking no pay cut. Who are the other players that are being asked to take a pay cut? I think it's funny how everyone is saying he should cave in. roflmao roflmao

I would just be happy with him playing somewhere else.

Stupid to even consider asking him to take a pay cut IMO. Knee jerk reaction because he's had a couple of bad games this year, typical of the Cowboys media/fanbase to take things to the extreme.

Only 66 catches and 6 tds. I would say it's more than a couple bad weeks..

I dont see the point in focusing on Dez when the whole team and coaching staff should take a cut. I hope Dez stands his ground and forces the team to make a move and then justify the move.

Dez is the 3rd highest paid WR in the league and is not and has not been playing at that level for some time

His skills are eroding, he no longer commands double coverage and his contract is obscene

Hell suffer through 2018 and then will opt for a change of scenery

one who may be entering the twilight of his career and will not receive a long term contract from another team.

Personally, I think part of the problem with Dez, is Prescott has not thrown near as many passes in his direction as Dez had been used to.

I would like to see how many passes were thrown to Dez, how many were deemed catchable, and how many were caught, missed, or intercepted.

I cant fault him for passes not thrown his way.
