Apparently half of it was destroyed in an early morning fire today? Part of Dentons historical district is gone due to this fire. First apparatus on scene shortly after 4ish, mutual aid from all major agencies with full trucks or quints, lots of personnel on scene...

just drove by. they still have it blocked off on that side. couldn't tell if both sides of the mini mall got affected.

Born and raised in Denton. Walked that square with my brother on Saturday's looking for places to spend our $.25 weekly allowance. Sorry to hear about the fire but it's not the first time destructive fires have occurred on the square.
