Our's are short, about two hours. We all live close by with the exception of my youngest who's in the Air Force. He and his wife are here for a week. Be the last we see of him for at least six months, he deploys to Kuwait the 30th.

Depends on what set of family were with . Sometimes its couple hours sometimes its until somebody swings at somebody

3 days of cleaning, 2 hrs of family....
next year I don't want to clean anything, I am not cooking either.

3 hours.
1st hour eat the main meal, then have coffee and pie.
2nd hour for the gift exchanges.
3rd hour the wimmin folk clean up, and the men folk discuss the next days deer hunt while enjoying another cup of coffee and a piece of pie.
