reminds me of a neighbor couple years back, he thought he was badd azz and said no way they can take his blood if he got stopped, well he did get stopped once, they took him in to get blood, he refused and ended up about five 300 lb cops held him down after he was tazed and peed on himself and drew some blood, i still laugh about that.

For the "constitutional" complainers, you put the people in office that make the law. You have no one to blame but yourself.

This thread needs more cowbell ...

It's our constitutional right to drive impaired and endanger the lives of innocent people, effin' brilliant.

I think there should be a "no refusal" weekend to come in to your homes and take an inventory of your firearms....sound good? You don't have nothing to hide, right?

Just curious.

Don't drink and drive.

Well to accurately answer that and this is coming from the Denton county DAs office...
Theres something you must prove for driving while intoxicated...
1. Not having normal use of mental facilities (unable to answer questions accurately etc...)
2. Not having normal use of physical facilities (unable to stand up or [censored] on yourself etc...)
3. BAC above a .08
All we have to do is prove one of the three. If I get two out of three or the trifecta, I win big time.

So I ask is it truly worth it? Theres so many options out there, phone a friend, Uber or a taxi. Why risk killing yourself or an innocent person, drink responsibly!!!!
