I always wondered if that implied there was a benefit to refusing but realize it's more intended as a warning.
Be careful everyone. Remember services like Uber are really cheap.

It's a DWI No refusal. Thus you can't refuse a blood drawl or breathalyzer. Still not sure how this is legal, and they can just say when they don't need a warrant for blood, but I'm no legal scholar.

Don't refuse. They will just take your blood anyway. The refusal just gives you an automatic license suspension. Blow. If you're toast, you're toast.
