That might just give you an extra 6 months license suspension.

That's fine. If you're drunk why give the state more eveidence to convict you?

Because they're taking your blood anyway. They will back into your BAC at the time of operation.

Its no different than any other time just more streamline and more enforcement. With Uber and Lyft I dont know why anyone would take the risk.

Well good luck with your blowing. If I was ever put in that situation I wouldn't blow.

I'd refuse....

This ain't Germany in 42 or Venezuela today.

They will get it. That's why they call it no refusal. You don't get a choice.

They aren't doing it without a warrant.

The reason it's called No Refusal weekend is because they have judges, JPs and magistrates available to issue a warrant immediately, and a nurse available to carry out the blood draw.

Seriously, why discuss getting around it? If you are drinking, just do not drive, thats the best workaround

If you refuse during a no refusal weekend, the the warrant to draw blood is expedited. Judges standing by to issue the warrant.

Snowflakes and entitled brats will be the doom of America!
