Haven’t been on the lake in a few months. Went out to locate some crappie but all I could find were sandies. Not a bad problem to have. Fish were on points, roadbeds and in open water. The deeper the better. Birds are working from mainlake point to what used to be cedar hill slips. Screen shot is in 70’ of water with the fish suspended at 30’-40’. Used a tandem rig with crappie jigs and hold it still in the strike zone “deadsticked” and wait. Road bed I fished was in 28’ of water and a slight raise of the rod off the bottom was what was producing. Most fish were 12” with a few bigger and a few smaller https://i.imgur.com/y5e6TkN.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/HrV79mW.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/NH3EhKJ.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/ICBFauU.jpg

That should work. Not sure why they aren’t showing up.

Lynn creek marina. Looked like they opened the ramp on the Cedar hill side.

Like I said Paul when I went live on Facebook the bite slowed dramatically. It was pretty much a fish a minute before that. I guess I stopped thumping long enough when going live that most of fish left from under the boat. Still lots of fun though.
