I am not sure what happened recently but my down Imaging on my helix units was working pretty well but for the last month or so I cannot even get a decent down image no matter how much I play with it and have updated software as well. Looking for a hummingbird genius that can help out. I will even compensate you for your time. I'm in Lake Conroe area. Thank you.

Save your waypoints to an SD card and then do a Factory Reset Defaults and then go back and put your settings back like you had them.

Have you checked the transducer to see if it is oriented correctly? If you hit stuff, it might not be.

Definitely sounds like. Transducer issue since you did the reset. I was thinking check your filter settings. You need to check the cable good for Nick's and smashed points and ect.
