You can't go wrong with the Ribeye steak sandwich. It is awesome. The big bologna sandwich is great also. I like their mac and cheese too but forget what days they serve it.

Lol trust me I been there done that out of a food truck out west. Much tighter quarters and no AC.I think I could hang.

407BBQ,...Just ate dinner there, and SHAZAM ! ,...I know one of the ladies that work there but had never been there to eat. Was off work today so me and Debbie went there to check it out. I had the two meat platter, sliced brisket with the ribs. The brisket was great, nice well done edges, with juicy tender meat, done just right, and the portion was plenty. The ribs were terrific, very tender, meaty, and a great dry rub with a superb taste. The BBQ sauce was a tangy kinda vinegary taste that really complimented both meats...I'm not a sauce guy, but a little of this was pretty good. Side were great too,.. potato salad, and good baked beans. A great plentiful meal, very tasty, at a good price...and very fresh. Plus coming back you can walk it all down with a stop at Cabelas...sweet. 407 BBQ, great food, good portions, good price,. And nice folks...we'll be back.. jim

Hit 407 yesterday ...  CLOSED ... Dang it; will hit it next trip. Sorry about that, but we were totally out of meat. Had planned to be open on Saturday, but last Wednesday was so epic, we sold all of our daily allotment of brisket by 3pm, and went thru all of the cooked briskets planned for Friday. I was in the kitchen on Thanksgiving morning trimming the last 3 cases of brisket, just so we could open Friday. We were out by 6pm Friday night.
